Dans le segment VI, Il y a un nodule qui reste en hypersignal en EG. sa structure est hétérogène avec des bandes hypersignal à l'intérieur du nodule. Malgré le caractère peu hypervascularisé ce nodule est hautement suspect d'hépatocarcinome. Diagnostic confirmé par biopsie.
