Ce patient de 53 ans est suivi pour cirrhose OH. On découvre un nodule du dome hépatique en échographie L'IRM est réalisées pour faire le bilan pré thérapeutique. Etude avant et après perfusion d'Endorem.

Avant injection nodules sont hyper T2 et hyper et hypo T1. L'interprétation est difficile. Après Endorem tous les nodules sont en hypersignal franc témoignant d'un hépatocarcinome multifocal. Traitement par chimioembolisation.
